Jim Poulalion, Director
Mr. Poulalion is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Prior to joining the City of Sanford, he served as Deputy Finance Director for the City of Altamonte Springs,
and as Chief Operating Officer for the accounting firm Moore, Stephens, Lovelace, P.A.
He is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association, the American Payroll Association, and is a Certified Government Finance Officer.
He has more than 18 years experience in the field of governmental accounting.
In his spare time, Mr. Poulalion enjoys sports, music and restoring classic sports cars.
