Mr. Fosson is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Education. He is a licensed insurance adjuster in the State of Florida. Mr. Fosson has been a member of Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA), Central Florida Chapter since 2001, is a past President of the Chapter, and currently a Director at Large. Mr. Fosson has over 30 years of experience in insurance related fields, and began his career with the City of Sanford in 2001 as the City' first Risk Manager. Mr. Fosson was named as Interim Human Resources Director in December 2007 and was appointed as the Director of Human Resources/Risk Management in July 2008
