Russell L. Gibson, AICP, Director
Mr. Gibson is a graduate
of the University
of Florida with a B.A. in
Economics. He is a member of American Planning Association, Florida Planning
and Zoning Association, and American Institute of Certified Planners. He serves
as the City representative at the East Central Florida Regional Planning
Council and serves on the Board of Directors for the Seminole Schools Federal
Credit Union. Mr. Gibson was appointed Director of Planning and Development
Services in June 2003.
