The City of Sanford presents the cinema series "Cinema in the Park" in Park on Park (located at 9th and Park Ave) held on the third Friday of each month from March thru October. The films are free and open to the public. We invite you to bring a blanket, picnic or snacks and gather with friends and family to enjoy a movie under the stars. Show times vary depending on the season. Check each movie listing for it's starting time. In the event of rain, the movie will be rescheduled to the following Friday. We will not know until show time if the weather will permit us to show the film. Park on Park is located close to downtown in the heart of the Historic residential district. Address: 800 Park Ave, Sanford FL 32771. There is street parking available and restrooms. The playground area closes at dusk when the movie begins.
