Criminal Repeat Offender Program
The Criminal Repeat Offender Program (C.R.O.P.) is the first of its kind in Seminole County. The program is a partnership between multiple agencies and the public to collectively identify and focus Law Enforcement efforts on the most active and violent criminals in our community. We at the Sanford Police Department strive to make the City of Sanford a safe and enjoyable community. Our goal is to provide the best service possible for our citizens and visitors alike. The purpose of this program is to seek enhanced penalties for Repeat Offenders and Habitual Violent Felony Offenders. Achieving our goal will put an end to the repeated prosecution of the same criminals time after time thus keeping them where they belong...off the streets.
