WHO ARE WE?
The Sanford Police Volunteers are a team of highly trained citizens who enhance vital crime preventions services and community awareness through proactive law enforcement principles. Members do not take enforcement action or make arrest. All suspicious activity is reported to the Sanford Police Department. WHY BECOME A SANFORD POLICE VOLUNTEER?

All volunteers are required to complete the Citizen Academy. Next Citizen Academy starts June 16, 2009 at 6:30 pm. Classes will be held twice a week every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and some Saturday mornings. To print out an application and apply now Click Here. |
