Money must be received three (3) days prior to start of Tournament. A $100 refundable clean-up deposit is required. This is to be paid on separate check.
The fields are prepped for the first game only. Saturday & Sunday games, the fields will be prepped on the Friday before. NO SUNDAY NIGHT GAMES. Tournament Directors are to handle all other field prepping. Any materials needed to prep the fields will be the responsibility of the Tournament Director.
Tournament Director is responsible for all players, coaches, scorekeepers, umpires and fans.
Please keep our complex clean, including the parking lot and restrooms.
This facility including fields, office and common areas are non-smoking.
Upstairs office is for City staff only, exception being Tournament Director, his staff and umpires. No smoking will be permitted.
Concession stand will be run in conjunction with the vendor presently leasing the facility.
Visitors must abide by all rules and regulations posted at entrance of the complex.
City Staff will be responsible to open/close the gates and operation of lights.
